CONGRATULATIONS on your new custom surface!!!

In order to enjoy many years of trouble free service, please read the following care and warranty requirements.

Please do not touch your new surface or get it wet during the first...
 Bathtubs & Showers  36 hours
 Countertops 48 hours (light use)
 Bathroom sinks 36 hours
 Kitchen sinks 48 hours (light use)
 Stone or concrete 48 hours
                                           
Do not clean with any chemicals until at least 5+ days have passed and the surface has reached its full chemical resistant cure. A "true" cure may take up to 2 weeks but will not affect the usability of the surface. 

Do not apply high adhesive tape to any refinished surface.
 
Do not try removing any dust particles by picking at them. Minor dust will wipe off through cleaning. Nearby Construction, demolition, or sanding during cure time may cause an excess amount of dust or debris to get into the wet surface. If a return trip is needed to remove any of these particles then a service fee will be required.

If an area is subject to pooling then water staining may occur.  

Do not use any abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Your new finish is easily cleaned with a mild liquid cleaner and cloth. Comet, Ajax, & scrubbing bubbles are all examples of what NOT to use. Some approved cleaners to use are fantastic, formula 409, green works, 7th Generation, and simple green. Use only nonabrasive cleaners which do not contain bleach, or concentrated citrus such as lemon or orange oil. They are highly acidic and will hurt the sealant. Most cleaning agents will state if they are approved for acrylic or resurfaced surfaces. It is your responsibility to spot test any cleaners.

Do not use any abrasive scrubbing pads, such as "SCOTCHBRITE", or any similar pad as this will scratch the new surface. A Plastic cleaning pad or "TUFFY SCRUB PAD" designed for cleaning Teflon surfaces works well. An all natural cleaner like vinegar and water is fine to remove hard water deposits. 

Faucets and plumbing must be maintained.

Do not use refinished surfaces for liquid storage or subject the surface to any dye. 

Do not drop or drag any objects on the finish, which may cause it to chip, scrape or peel or mar the finish. 

Do not set hot pans directly on the surface. Damage may occur to any refinished surface when exposed to extreme heat. Please keep hot objects away from the refinished item. 

Do not use your surface as a cutting board.

Acid compounds such as drain openers or tile grout cleaners and all harsh chemicals must be kept away from the finish. 

Owner must maintain caulking on all areas requiring protection. Caulking is not warranted.

Do not use suction bath mats of any kind. We offer non slip solutions that comply with your resurfaced surfaces if needed. If we install a slip Resistant Surface you must still use caution when entering or exiting the area. We are not responsible for accidents.

Our applications are only as strong as the surface that it is applied upon. We are not responsible for surface failures due to faulty substrates, tiles, or water damage. We guarantee the surfaces will not Chip or Peel on its own. Scratching, deterioration of the finish or staining over time due to usage, cleaning practices or water conditions will be considered to be normal wear and tear. Customer neglect or for failure to comply with the care and maintenance listed above is not covered under warranty.  Limited warranty on kitchen sinks due to high impacts. Movement or flexing on any surface resulting in cracks or splits is not warranted unless service was directly related to crack repairs with our custom inlays. Rust or problems arising from rust are not warranted. We retain the sole legal ability to render a final decision when determining if the refinished item is covered by this warranty. If needed, repairs are scheduled at a mutually convenient time during normal business hours. You must allow us the opportunity to inspect the surface to determine if the surface is covered under warranty. After Inspection we may have to order custom products to make repairs. This may take up to 7 to 10 business days or more. A $35 minimum service call fee is required for all repairs not under warranty as well as possible additional charges. Lifting around the drain area is not covered if the drain is not removed before the refinishing process, unsealed, or the drain area is subject to pooling. 


REMEMBER, if you treat your new surface with respect, clean it properly, and follow the above guidelines, your new surface will give you many years of beautiful trouble free service.
